Hurricane Ian damaged my tile roof sufficiently enough that a new roof was indicated. My insurance company at first said there were pre-existing problems. RRCA's two project managers, Joseph Caruso and Blaine Williams teamed up to prove that the damage should be covered by my insurance. They were 100% successful. They were able to find tiles that were a very near match to my previous tiles which were no longer manufactured. I love the appearance of the roof. I have two tubular skylights that required extra skill, which was provided. My project required new gutters and downspouts which were installed to my satisfaction. The team has been very responsive to my requests for the inevitable areas of minor concern. I, like many, am a perfectionist! I am very satisfied with the outcome. Monique Harris handles the billing office and coordinated the various payments when they were due from me. She is coordinating a Proof of Mitigation Statement so I can submit it to my insurance company. I do recommend RRCA because this work was completed and met my expectations during a very stressful time for all of us in Southwest Florida.

RRCA worked above and beyond for us regarding the insurance company and policy. They are very knowledgeable with the requirements and procedures concerning the home owner insurance. Jessica Crumlich personally worked a multitude of man hours to help us get our roof on. She walked us through the entire process from beginning to the very end. We were victims of Hurricane Ian and sustained substantial roof damage. After the storm, there were an abundance of unlicensed slugs and con men everywhere trying to get repair business. we finally met Jared from RRCA. He was knowledgeable about roofing, procedures and dealing with insurance companies. Most of all, he was pleasant and non confrontational. And, he represented a reputable company with credentials. We gave them the business. Due to the supply and demand, it took awhile to get materials. Jared stayed on top of it and we eventually received our new roof. There were a couple of after install hiccups but, Jared stayed with us until we were satisfied. Our home looks great with lots of neighborly compliments. If you need a roof look no further than RRCA ( Roofing & Reconstruction Contractors of America)I don’t usually do reviews but felt I really needed to do this one.I was referred to Jared Standley from RRCA by my neighbors Dave and Molly who had used them to replace their roof after Hurricane Ian.They spoke highly of him so I gave him a call and that was the best call I have made concerning my house.My roof had to be replaced and a previous contractor had started the replacement two months earlier. His name is Micheal Ranucci of Traditions built and had done a really poor job and had left it after just doing the dry in.I was in despair, the house was not protected from the elements, the contractor was not finishing the job and despite me hiring legal help. I live out of state most of the year so don’t know local roofing companies and having had one terrible experience and I was extremely anxious about hiring another company.Jared not only listened to me he empathized with me and went the extra mile to help me. Jared pulled out all the stops . He visited my house on a Sunday, his day off to save time. He made inquiries on how he could work with what had been left in regards to the roof, (if possible to save me costs) and got a crew together to fit me in ahead of the normal schedule to protect my house from further exposure.Over the next weekend 6 people arrived and the roof was completed (the guys worked on their days off and were great) . What a committed team.This is a family run company who actually cares.They were also reasonable in price.They tidied up the previous contractor’s mess ( shingles and nails left throughout the yard ) at no chargeYou cannot beat the attention to detail, and personal touch that Jared gave me.HUGE THANK YOU, IF YOU NEED A ROOF LOOK NO FURTHER you cannot beat these guys.

RRCA did a fantastic job replacing 3 separate building roofs of Southern Breeze Condominium Association. The insurance company initially approved complete replacement on only 2 roofs and repair on the 3rd roof. Joe Caruso (RRCA Project Manager) and his assistant, Blaine Williams, inspected all three roofs and determined all 3 needed to be replaced. Joe told me RRCA will submit the insurance supplemental claim with the required documentation to the insurance company. Within a few weeks the insurance company approved replacement for the third roof. The work was done in a timely manner considering the massive workload caused by Hurricane Ian in the Cape Coral/Fort Myer's area. All the Southern Breeze Condo owners are very satisfied with the quality of the work and with the clean-up. Also, Monique Harris from customer service was very courteous and extremely helpful each time I called. The best part working with RRCA was I didn't have to haggle over the cost. RRCA worked directly with the insurance company. Our only out of pocket expense was the insurance deductible. I highly recommend RRCA for any of your roof work.

At a time when all communication is done via text & email working with Will at RRCA was refreshing to say the least.
