Michael walked me through this process from start to finish. He was always there to answer questions and provide information needed to keep the project moving along. His knowledge of the process made things move along smoothly. The roof looks great and I would highly recommend RCAA to anyone needing to have a roof repaired or replaced. Nina was able to expedite the process as well by meeting me on several occasions to move needed paperwork forward. Permits were submitted in a timely fashion and the roof is now finished and looks great. Michael and Nina, as representatives of RRCA always went the extra mile. If a hiccup occurred, they were on top of it. I’m not sure I would have known how to navigate this process without their help. Even having to install the roof during rainy season, the process moved along. I was informed every step of the way. RRCA replaced my roof this year. I was pleased with the friendly and thorough service from Steven Kaywell and Vlad Kirillov, who were transparent and adressed all of my concerns. The roof was replaced in one day and aerial photographs were also provided. The team cleaned debris from the premises well and I have not noticed any issues with the roof since then. Pricing was also very competitive!

We had a great experience using RRCA. We had a roof leak that was coming through a light fixture in our bathroom. We called Michael Herrera and he had a crew come over the same day to repair it. During the process Nina Inzerillo was in contact with me the entire time to make sure that everything was completed. We also had a leak that was coming through the outside covered lanai. Michael again had a crew come out very quickly to fix the issue. Both Michael and Nina are a pleasure to work with and made the process easy.

I am very impressed with RRCA and specifically Michael Herrera. Michael was very easy to work with and was very patient with my HOA process. A hurricane hit (just heavy rains in my area) only a few days in to the installation, RRCA ensured the unfinished roof was secure and water tight. After the storm, they inspected the inside for leaks and found a few minor leaks. They fixed those areas, to include painting inside. They did all of this without me asking them to do so. I highly recommend RRCA for anyone looking for a new roof.

I found RRCA to be a very dependable and quality roofing company using the finest grade of materials to completely replace my roof and totally re-screen my lanai. My RRCA representative Mr. Stephen Kaywell, National Sales/Project Manager, was always there for me working on my behalf and managed all of details from being there with me from first contacting my Homeowners Insurance to start my insurance claim and then dealing with them to schedule roof inspections and negotiate acceptance and coverage approvals. He also oversaw all the scheduling and quality control and payment of roofing contractors, Building Permits, and final inspections. There were a few cosmetic issues (roofing adhesives spilled on some shingles) that he himself detected, photographed (before and after) and had those issues corrected the next day. I would certainly first call on RRCA should I ever need a Roofing Contractor in the future. I had a bad experience with a previous roofing company so when I met with representatives from RRCA I was extremely cautious and almost paranoid at what they were telling me. I checked on their background through Better Business Bureau and ask for referrals and I was very satisfied that I was in reliable hands. Well that was an understatement ! They were there when they said they would be, carefully protected all of my bushes and trees around my house, and were efficient and clean through the procedure of taking off and replacing my roof. The materials were excellent quality and I have received many glowing reports from my neighbor's how nice my roof looks. Working with the office was very easy and everyone was courteous and friendly. They dealt with my insurance so all my expenses were covered. I would recommend this roofing company most hardly anyone wanting the best in the field!

At a time when all communication is done via text & email working with Will at RRCA was refreshing to say the least. Phone calls were returned promptly, and responses were as promised.Will was at our house before during and after the install.All challenges were addressed transparently and described openly.We did not feel like we were being up sold. The office personnel were great at answering all of our questions.They quickly handled the permit , and have there own public adjuster who handles the insurance company.
