Michael walked me through this process from start to finish. He was always there to answer questions and provide information needed to keep the project moving along. His knowledge of the process made things move along smoothly. The roof looks great and I would highly recommend RCAA to anyone needing to have a roof repaired or replaced. Nina was able to expedite the process as well by meeting me on several occasions to move needed paperwork forward. Permits were submitted in a timely fashion and the roof is now finished and looks great. Michael and Nina, as representatives of RRCA always went the extra mile. If a hiccup occurred, they were on top of it. I’m not sure I would have known how to navigate this process without their help.
